Outbound and offsite learning programs are beloved to us.
Outbound and offsite learning programs, as the name suggests, are usually conducted away from office environments and are mostly residential. These could range from 2 day to 4 days depending on various factors like location, time and other resources that the organization is willing to invest in.
We have expertise in taking care of the entire arrangement including travel and stay.

Most organisations hold annual meetings/conferences/events for their teams. These large group or small group gatherings are usually conducted residentially. Experience
Participants engage in different experiences during the program. We create experiences which stimulate thought, emotion, and action where participants are fully immersed in the learning process.
These experiences are a mix of outdoor activities, indoor games, simulation exercises, reflective exercises, sharing sessions, and much more. These are followed by facilitator-led conversations where participants have powerful insights about themselves and others.

Power of 5 elements of nature
The Elements in the Human Body are closely related to the 5 elements of nature. All of creation is made up of the five elements in different proportions. The Human body is also the product of these 5 elements in different proportions. 72% water, 12% earth, 6% air, 4% fire and the rest is Ether. Usually, the percentages of the first four elements remain constant but the percentage of Ether can be enhanced. Each element is responsible for different structures in the body. The Law of Nature demands these elements to be in balance.
Viva Consulting specializes in using the 5 elements of nature as our playground to create experiences for you that align with your internal 5 elements. Once participants go through an experience, they delve deeper to reflect and derive meaning from their experiences.
